Dear Orange Otter Family,

It's hard to believe that Orange Otter Toy Store is turning three! What began as a simple sketch in my notebook has blossomed into a little business that could, with over 50,000 toys sold to date. I am immensely grateful for your support and for being part of this incredible “toy story” so far.

At Orange Otter, we've created a space where children can experience the joy of a traditional toy store. Here, kids can take toys out of the box, hold them in their hands, and discover what truly brings them joy. We aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia as you walk through our doors, surrounded by games and toys we all cherished in our childhood.

Thank you for being the inspiration behind our store every day. We cherish the smiles and memories your family makes with us. And helping you check items off your to-do list with a personalized touch. Despite the challenges posed by changes in tech, tariffs, and more, your unwavering support has meant the world. In a world that can often be tough, we hope our toy store always provides a joyful escape and a guaranteed smile.

Being part of our community has been a dream come true. Growing up and raising my family in the CSRA has been a blessing, and the store has introduced me to wonderful people I might never have met otherwise. We love being part of your celebrations—birthdays, holidays, baptisms, new babies and even the little victories like potty training or overcoming fears. Creating magic in these moments is what it's all about for me.

I cannot sing enough praises for our team. This remarkable group of young women has been an incredible inspiration, helping to make wishes come true. They love our families and the children we serve, always eager to help find the perfect gift. As they learn and grow as young professionals, I know they will continue to give back to the world with their nurturing and kind hearts.
